Cous Cous salad
Cous cous cooked with spices with the addition of tomatoes, cucumber, green onions, raisins, apricots, carrots, zucchini and chickpeas finished with a lemon/oil dressing.
Cooked diced potatoes mixed with a dressing of mayo, chopped hard boiled eggs, fresh bacon and green onions.
Cold German Potato Salad
Cooked diced potatoes mixed with a slightly tangy dressing of cooked bacon, onions, vinegar and sugar.
Spiral pasta with almost every summer vegetable with an olive oil, wine vinegar, lemon juice and herb dressing. This is not the boring, tasteless pasta salad that is served all too often.
