Imported Smoked Salmon Paté
On European Cucumber Slices

 

Asparagus Roll Ups

 

Shrimp and Crab Bisque
With Truffle Oil

 

Chicken Liver Paté
With Toast Points and Walnut Vinaigrette

 

Boeuf Provencale

Rich braised beef in red wine, onion and garlic sauce, with lavender, orange rind and herbs. Served with small, crisply roasted Yukon gold potatoes, finished with parsley, chives and shaved truffles.  Baby carrots in butter and sugar glaze. 

 

Nut and Herb Encrusted Goats Cheese Patties
Served with Orange Vinaigrette

 

French Apple Tart
With Maple Butter Sauce and Cream

 

Orange Baba
Saturated in an Orange Juice and Grand Marnier Syrup. 
Served with Grand Marnier enhanced Whipped Cream.
Oranges in Syrup as a Garnish.

Rum Baba

A novel idea for any get-together with friends - minimum 10 people
