Experience the joys of international cooking while trying dishes you have only read or dreamed about - all while having fun!

Join Chef Oonagh in her home in Merrimack for her latest series of "International Cooking Made Easy" classes. Chef Oonagh takes the mystique out of dishes, simplifying methods, reducing time and dirty dishes. All the while using real, wholesome ingredients that won't break your budget and that you'll frequently use.

Classes run 6.30-9.30 PM on Friday nights. You get to eat everything we cook and receive the detailed recipes. Have fun in a relaxed atmosphere, all the while learning new recipes your family and friends will enjoy.

These enjoyable classes can be your regular sanity break! Each class is complete by itself at $65 per person, all food included. When you purchase three classes, it's only $60 per person. Pick your classes from the list below and soon you'll be learning the culinary secrets to make great dishes easily!

Classic French Cuisine
  • Crab dip as you arrive
  • Asparagus with orange dressing
  • Chicken with blueberry vinegar, blueberries and cream
  • Rustic Peach and Almond tart

Greek Style
  • Artichoke and Roasted Red Pepper dip as you arrive
  • Shrimp and Crab Bisque
  • Greek style herb marinated chicken in yogurt (instead of oil for less calories) served with Greek Pasta salad with artichokes, olives, feta cheese, tomatoes, cucumber, herbs and lemon dressing
  • Lemon Snow Queen - frozen dessert of (bought) meringues, whipped cream and lemon liqueur with fruit.

  • Artichoke, Parmesan and herb spread as you arrive
  • Shrimp in an herb and yogurt marinade (instead of oil for less calories)
  • Pork Milanese Summer Style - sautéed slices of pork in Parmesan breadcrumbs topped with Tomato Bruschetta and served with Couscous with herb vinaigrette
  • Mint infused Panna cotta with chocolate mint sauce

  • Deviled Ham Spread as you arrive
  • Cold Peach soup with peach brandy
  • New England Chicken Salad with craisins and spiced pecans
  • English Scones with fresh strawberries and whipped cream

Seafood Lovers
  • Avocado and shrimp dip as you arrive
  • Herb Crepes filled with English cucumber salad and shrimp or crab
  • Crab Cakes with salsa cream sauce and salad
  • Chocolate fondue with fresh fruit and (bought) Angel Food cake.

Mexican Style
  • Espinaca dip as you arrive
  • Ham and corn filled enchiladas
  • Chicken in a lime chipotle marinade with Mexican Salad with sweet spicy vinaigrette
  • No Bake Chocolate Orange Cheesecake Mousse

Minor variations may be needed in the recipes or ingredients due to lack of availability beyond the control of Chef Oonagh.
